Hampton Station welcomes DZN Studio + Home to its dynamic tenant mix

Abacus Capital (Abacus) and Collett announced that DZN Studio + Home, a premier interior design studio and home furnishings destination, is relocating to Hampton Station, Greenville’s creative mixed-use community.

Founded in 2019, DZN Studio + Home is a locally-owned business known for its distinctive “cozy modern” style—a curated blend of Scandinavian simplicity and Mid-Century Modern warmth. Offering full-service interior design and a thoughtfully curated collection of furniture and décor, DZN emphasizes beauty, functionality, and sustainable sourcing from U.S. and ethically produced European brands.

“At DZN, our goal is to help clients create homes that are beautiful and livable,” said Ann Nager, owner of DZN Studio + Home. “We chose Hampton Station to be more accessible to our clients and to expand our showroom and design studio. We loved the idea of locating in a revitalized old warehouse and being part of a community. As we started in the heart of Greenville in our vibrant downtown, we wanted to stay close but have more parking and accessibility for our clients. Hampton Station checked all the boxes.”

The new location will allow DZN to grow its design services while remaining close to its downtown roots. The move reflects the studio’s continued commitment to personalized service and its passion for blending modern aesthetics with timeless design.

DZN plans to relocate in early August, with a refreshed showroom opening to the public in early September.
