Laurens Native Scott Todd Earns Statewide Recognition for DUI Defense Excellence

Laurens native Scott Todd, partner at Sumner & Todd Attorneys at Law, has once again been named to South Carolina’s Legal Elite 2025 in the category of DUI Defense. Voted on exclusively by attorneys across the state, this honor underscores Todd’s growing reputation as a leading voice in DUI and driving offense representation in the Upstate.

This is the second consecutive year that both Todd and his partner, Steve Sumner, have received Legal Elite recognition, with Sumner also earning top honors in the DUI Defense category for the second year running.
