Diaper Drive-Thru Returns August 12 to Help Local Families
August 6, 2025The Upstate Pregnancy Center will host its next Diaper Drive-Thru on Tuesday, August 12, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the parking lot at Wattsville Drug, 24 Sirrine Street in Laurens.
This drive-thru event offers free diapers and wipes to families in need—no questions asked. Each household may receive one pack of diapers and wipes per child, up to two children per visit.
First-time visitors must bring a photo ID and documentation for each child (birth certificate, Medicaid card, WIC card, or foster placement paperwork). Returning families do not need to bring documentation.
“We know how stressful it can be when resources are tight. Our goal is to help with dignity and compassion,” said Brenda Stewart of the Upstate Pregnancy Center.
Families remain in their vehicles while volunteers deliver the supplies, making the process simple, respectful, and efficient.
Not in need of diapers but want to help?
The Upstate Pregnancy Center is also raising funds for a permanent facility in Laurens County. If you’d like to support the mission, donations will be accepted at the event or online via QR code.
