Join Judson Mill District for the unveiling of ‘Weaver the Piano’ with

Live Performance by Marvin King Revue – Thursday, August 14 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Judson Mill District invites the community  to an evening of music, art, and celebration as we unveil Weaver the Piano, a vibrant public piano designed by local artist Dumah Morgan in partnership with Please Play Me Pianos. This one-of-a-kind piano will take center stage in a celebration featuring live performances by pianist Aaron Bowen and the Marvin King Revue band led by legendary blues guitarist Marvin King, father of Grammy-nominated artist Marcus King.  Guests can enjoy live music alongside craft beer from Magnetic South Brewery and pizza by the slice from Mill City Kitchen, both available for purchase. This free event is part of Please Play Me Pianos , a nonprofit initiative that places artist-painted pianos in public spaces to inspire spontaneous music-making, connection, and joy.
