Laurens County Chamber of Commerce Launches 2025 Touchdown Club
August 18, 2025The Laurens County Chamber of Commerce is kicking off its 2025 Touchdown Club with a season filled with outstanding speakers and the opportunity to spotlight local student-athletes. The first meeting will take place on Thursday, August 21, at noon at The Ridge in Laurens.
Season Kickoff: Local Coaches Take the Stage
The launch event will feature all four Laurens County high school football coaches, including:

Jolly Doolittle – Laurens Academy

Adams Dean – Thornwell Charter

Greg Porter – Laurens High School

Corey Fountain – Clinton High School
This opening program will highlight the upcoming high school football season and provide fans with firsthand insights from the county’s coaches.
Lineup of Speakers for 2025
The Chamber has assembled a strong lineup of speakers for its Touchdown Club meetings, which will continue throughout the fall and winter. Each meeting will take place on a Thursday at noon at The Ridge unless otherwise noted.

Post-Season Banquet
The season will conclude with the Post-Season Banquet on Wednesday, January 7, at 6:00 pm at The Ridge, celebrating the season and recognizing the accomplishments of student-athletes across Laurens County.
