Harbor Logistics invests in people with higher pay and retention bonuses

Harbor Logistics, a leading provider of integrated logistics solutions, announced significant compensation enhancements for its team members, underlining the company’s unwavering commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in Charleston. Effective September 1, these changes are designed to foster workplace satisfaction, address employee concerns and pave the way for ongoing company growth.

“We’ve listened closely to our team’s feedback, and our leadership invested considerable time reviewing and improving our pay structure. These updates are a testament to our belief that our people are at the center of our success—and we’re dedicated to rewarding our team’s dedication and supporting their future,” said Harbor Logistics CEO Kevin Shuba.

Key updates include:

• 5% Pay Increase: All eligible Local Operators will receive a 5% pay increase.
• Top Band Enhancements: Drivers in the top compensation bands will receive an additional 2% increase, on top of adjustments already implemented this year, for a total adjustment of 5%.
• Increases for Specialized Roles: Operators specializing in Bobtail, Hazmat, and Tank positions will also see their rates increase.
• $1,000 Retention Bonus: To all eligible drivers employed as of July 1, 2025, and in good standing, a $1,000 retention bonus will be paid out during the first week of September.
