Three Columbia Connectors selected for Leadership Columbia Class of 2026

September 3, 2025

The Columbia Connectors announced that three of its members have been selected for the Leadership Columbia Class of 2026, one of the region’s most prestigious leadership development programs hosted by the Columbia Chamber.

The new class members include:

  • Kimberly Blaiss, Modern Exterminating
  • Sheldon Paschal, United Way of the Midlands
  • Hanna Matthews, Apple One

Leadership Columbia is a 10-month program that equips emerging and existing leaders with the skills, knowledge, and network needed to drive positive change in the Midlands. With only a select number of participants chosen each year, being named to the Class of 2026 is a recognition of both professional achievement and community commitment.

“As a LC Alum, we are very proud of our members who have been selected by this year’s committee. Each one of these women is a leader in their industry, and we are thankful to have them recognized,” said Jeff Lawler, Founder.

The Columbia Connectors, a networking and professional development organization, are dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and opportunities for young professionals in the Midlands. The inclusion of Blaiss, Paschal, and Matthews in the Leadership Columbia Class of 2026 further reflects the Connectors’ commitment to cultivating leaders who will make a lasting impact in the community.
