The City of Columbia, The Columbia Empowerment Zone (CEZ, Inc.), Richland County, Cooperative Health 

Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Station at Congaree Pointe. Mayor Daniel Rickenmann, Mayor Pro Tem Will Brennan, City Manager Teresa Wilson, along with South Carolina Senator Darrell Jackson, Richland County Councilwoman Cheryl English and other Richland County Officials including Richland County Administrator Leonardo Brown as well as members from CEZ, Inc. and Cooperative Health will be present to talk about the importance of this transformative project, to participate in the ceremonial groundbreaking and for media interviews.

Together, the City of Columbia and Richland County continue to demonstrate their commitment to strategic economic development in our region.
