Colliers promotes Cooper Belle to Marketing Coordinator in Columbia office

Colliers | South Carolina announced the promotion of Cooper Belle to the position of Marketing Coordinator in the Columbia office.

Belle obtained his drone license in 2024 and spearheaded the company’s best-in-class drone photography program, elevating the marketing potential of commercial properties throughout the Columbia region and beyond. In his new role as Marketing Coordinator, he will continue supporting brokerage teams by leading client communication, creating first-class marketing materials and helping clients find the right property for their needs through targeted, strategic marketing initiatives.

“Cooper has consistently gone above and beyond and excelled during his first year and a half at Colliers as a Marketing Assistant, contributing to the success of the firm’s brokerage teams in Columbia,” said Elizabeth Riley, Director of Marketing for Colliers’ Columbia office. “His ability to foster client relationships, understand the big picture and develop customized marketing strategies and materials to help our clients reach their goals is outstanding. Belle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of South Carolina and was honored with Colliers’ Innovation Award in 2024 for his leadership in the company’s drone program.
