Tickets now on sale for Charleston’s 15th Annual Party for the Parks on Nov. 8

September 11, 2025

Tickets are now on sale for the 15th annual Party for the Parks, the fall fundraiser hosted by the Charleston Parks Conservancy on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Colonial Lake (Ashley Avenue, Charleston). This year’s event invites guests to step into a Wonderland-inspired world with the theme, “Down the Rabbit Hole.” The park will be transformed into a whimsical escape with themed decor, live entertainment and creative surprises, all to benefit the Conservancy’s mission to enhance and care for Charleston’s public parks. Tickets are on sale at charlestonparksconservancy.org/partyfortheparks and are expected to sell out quickly.

Each year, Party for the Parks raises critical funds that support the Conservancy’s year-round work, including more than 180 hours of free public programming and ongoing maintenance of 26 parks, gardens and trails throughout the city. Free community events like the Teddy Bear Picnic, Music in the Parks and Bird Walks bring families and neighbors together while promoting the value of accessible green space.

“Charleston’s parks are the heartbeat of our neighborhoods, and this event is an incredible way to celebrate them,” said Darlene Heater, CEO and executive director of the Charleston Parks Conservancy. “Every ticket and contribution directly support the community, whether it’s a garden that provides fresh produce or a park that offers a peaceful moment in a busy day.”General admission tickets are $185 and include tastings from 20 local restaurants, an open bar, and a full evening of dancing and entertainment. VIP tickets are $300 and provide access to the VIP tent sponsored by Accountally, which features private lounges, exclusive bars and food offerings, VIP-only restrooms, and complimentary hair and makeup touch-ups to complete Wonderland-inspired outfits.

Guests can support the Conservancy through Raffle for the Parks, sponsored by Rockwell Construction and Vincent and Bullwinkel Orthodontics, featuring this year’s grand prize: a Moke, a fully electric, street-legal cruiser designed for Lowcountry living. Raffle for the Parks will open on October 1 and close on November 8 at 9 p.m. Participation is open to the public, and tickets can be purchased online—no event attendance required.Additionally, the Auction for the Parks, sponsored by National Geographic–Lindblad Expeditions,  will offer exclusive experiences and high-value packages, including a Galápagos expedition with National Geographic–Lindblad Expeditions, a luxury yacht cruise with the Barton & Gray Mariners Club, and a Coastal Cruising Cart. Auction for the Parks will go live a few days before Party for the Parks and will close on Saturday, Nov. 8, at 9:30 p.m. The auction will be open to the public online. About the Charleston Parks Conservancy

The Charleston Parks Conservancy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring the people of Charleston to connect with their parks and create stunning public places and a strong community. The Conservancy secures 90% of the funding required to maintain 26 parks, gardens, and trails across the city through private and corporate donations, while the City of Charleston covers 10% of costs. The Conservancy team provides year-round park care, with a focus on strategic seasonal plantings, major park revitalizations, and sustainable maintenance. In 2024 alone, the organization planted over 46,000 plants and 1,000 trees, donated two tons of fresh produce and 1,200 fresh flower bouquets grown in its parks and gardens, and advocated for the vital role of parks in urban life. Through 180 hours of free programming annually, including popular events like the Teddy Bear Picnic, the Conservancy cultivates vibrant, welcoming green spaces that serve as hubs for recreation, relaxation, and community connection.
