Hartness welcomes Denis Mangic Davis as Development Manager

Hartness announced the addition of Denis Mangic Davis as Development Manager. With a proven background in engineering and real estate development, Denis will help guide the growth of Hartness through careful planning, design, and construction oversight.

In his role, Denis will manage projects from early design through final completion, working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and local governing entities to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to the Hartness vision. He will also be responsible for coordinating entitlements, budgets, schedules, and approvals while serving as the owner’s representative throughout each phase of development. His work will support both near-term projects and the long-range planning that ensures Hartness remains one of the Southeast’s most thoughtfully designed and innovative neighborhood developments.

Denis joins Hartness from RealtyLink, LLC in Greenville, where he oversaw construction schedules, budgets, and consultant teams. He previously held engineering and development roles at LJA Engineering and Cole & Associates in Texas, managing large-scale land projects valued at more than $500 million. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
