Master’s Touch Massage Therapy celebrates ribbon cutting in Columbia – Sept 26
September 23, 2025The City of Columbia’s Office of Business Opportunities will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for Master’s Touch Massage Therapy on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at their new location, 1634 Taylor Street, Columbia, SC 29201.
The celebration will feature Councilman Ed McDowell alongside business owners Mario Parker and Darrell Thompson. Founded in 2018, Master’s Touch Massage Therapy has grown into a trusted destination for therapeutic massage and holistic wellness in Columbia.
Co-owner Mario Parker, a U.S. Army veteran, and Darrell Thompson, currently serving as a Drill Instructor at Fort Jackson, credit their military experience with shaping the business’s values of discipline, service, and community commitment. Under their leadership, Master’s Touch has created jobs for licensed massage therapists, estheticians, and wellness professionals, while also building partnerships with local fitness organizations and community groups.
Open seven days a week, Master’s Touch Massage Therapy aims to uplift clients, empower staff, and strengthen Columbia’s reputation as a city that supports small businesses, diversity, and veteran leadership.
