Colliers represents the tenant and landlord in leasing 440 Knox Abbott Drive to Engineering Design & Testing Corporation

Colliers | South Carolina’s Tommy Johnson represented the landlord, Park Place 440 LLC, and Sydney Lanham represented the tenant, Engineering Design & Testing Corporation, in the leasing of a 3,945-square-foot office space in Park Place, located at 440 Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce.

Engineering Design & Testing Corporation is a forensic engineering and consulting firm, providing services across the United States. With the new lease at Park Place, its corporate office will relocate to a modernized space. Lanham also represented EDT in an additional tenant representation assignment to lease 2,305 square feet of flexible warehouse space.
