October 6, 2025

Turner Padget announces the addition of Kyle H. Cooper as an associate in the firm’s Columbia office. With a focus on counseling clients through litigation matters, Kyle brings experience in construction, personal injury defense, and premises and product liability.

“We are excited to welcome Kyle to our litigation practice,” said C. Pierce Campbell, Turner Padget’s Chief Executive Officer. “His experience defending complex claims in high-stakes matters – particularly in construction, product liability, and hospitality – further strengthens our team and reinforces the depth of service we provide to clients across South Carolina and beyond.”

Kyle has defended general contractors, subcontractors, architects, real estate agents, and property owners in matters involving construction defects and allegations impacting professional licenses. He also has experience representing clients in bodily injury and property damage claims stemming from commercial motor vehicle accidents, defective products, alcohol- or hospitality-related incidents, and premises liability cases.

Kyle earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and his law degree from the University of South Carolina’s Joseph F. Rice School of Law.
