Laurens County Republican Party to Host Gubernatorial Candidate Congressman Ralph Norman

The Laurens County Republican Party will host a special event featuring Congressman Ralph Norman, a candidate for South Carolina Governor, on Thursday, October 30 at The Ridge in Laurens. The evening offers local residents the opportunity to hear directly from Congressman Norman as the 2026 governor’s race begins to take shape.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will feature light refreshments. The event is free and open to the public, and all are encouraged to attend.
A 50/50 raffle will also be held, with tickets available for $5 each. The winner will receive half of the total cash collected, with the remaining proceeds benefiting the local party.
“We’re excited to welcome Congressman Norman to Laurens County and give voters a chance to hear his vision for South Carolina,” said Valerie Jones, Chair of the Laurens County Republican Party. “Our goal is to provide a straightforward, informative evening where neighbors can engage, ask questions, and get involved.”
