Colliers announces new accounting hires in Columbia office

Colliers | South Carolina announced Charlie Chicaiza and Jasmine Miller have joined the Columbia office as Property Accountants.

In this role, they will prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, calculate management fees and ensure obligations like vendor payments and owner distributions are met on time, supporting the company’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) clients.

Chicaiza graduated from Naugatuck Valley Community College with an Associate of Science in Accounting and Finance and earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Western Connecticut State University.

Miller graduated from South Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
