Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd adds Lauren Rounsville to Real Estate group

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A., announced that Lauren Rounsville has joined the firm’s Real Estate practice group as special counsel. Lauren is based in Greenville.

Lauren represents developers, investors, lenders, small business owners and individuals with commercial real estate and corporate matters. She drafts and negotiates purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, restrictive covenants, easements, development agreements, operating agreements and loan documents. Lauren also advises small business owners on corporate formation and asset purchases. She earned her law degree from Charleston School of Law.
