Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd adds Douglas Thomas to Real Estate group

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. announced that Douglas “Doug” Thomas has joined the firm’s Real Estate practice group as special counsel. Doug is based in the firm’s Columbia office.

Doug advises a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers, with real estate and financing transactions. He guides clients through due diligence and advises on title matters, acquisition and sale documentation, financing agreements and leasing issues in connection with commercial real estate transactions. Doug holds a law degree from Wake Forest School of Law.
