Hispanic Alliance’s Homes for the Holidays tour returns December 13 with elegant décor, Latin flair, and a mission to uplift
October 16, 2025The Hispanic Alliance invites Upstate residents to step inside a one-of-a-kind holiday celebration that blends exquisite home design, gourmet Latin cuisine, and a legacy of community impact. Homes for the Holidays returns for its second year on Saturday, December 13, 2025, transforming select homes in Greenville’s historic Alta Vista neighborhood into a self-guided showcase of style, culture, and philanthropy.
Tickets are on sale now for this signature fundraising event that supports the Hispanic Alliance’s mission to convene dedicated partner organizations and thousands of volunteers to advance equity in education, health, economic mobility, and legal access across South Carolina’s Hispanic communities.
“There’s nothing more special than opening our doors and hearts during the holidays. This event brings joy to Greenville while shining a light on the incredible impact of our Hispanic community,” said Melissa Hernandez, Chair of the Homes for the Holidays Committee.
Homes for the Holidays is one of a series of events to celebrate Hispanic Alliance’s “Quinceañera” Anniversary celebration, making this year’s event more than just a tour — it’s a tribute to 15 years of building connection, equity, and opportunity while also celebrating how the vibrant Hispanic culture positively impacts South Carolina.
From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, guests will experience some of Greenville’s most stunning private residences — each decked out for the season by talented local designers and stylists. The magic continues inside each home with:
● Exquisite Decor: Curated tablescapes and floral arrangements styled by local creatives
● Gourmet Delights: Latin American–inspired bites and sweet treats from local chefs
● Festive Sips: Signature holiday cocktails including Cranberry Mules, Clementine Spritz, and premium tequila tastings
● Live Music: Rhythmic performances by Hispanic musicians and performers
Tickets are $125 per person and include full access to the tour, all food and drink tastings, and a limited-edition commemorative guidebook.
We’re honored to create something beautiful and joyful for the community that directly supports our mission,” said Adela Mendoza, executive director of the Hispanic Alliance. “Homes for the Holidays reflects our organization’s values — rooted in culture, community, and connection — and we’re thrilled to celebrate 15 years of building bridges across cultures in such a memorable way,” said Adela Mendoza, executive director of the Hispanic Alliance.
