SCETV invites families to enjoy a fun-filled Studio Boo fall festival on Oct. 30
October 28, 2025South Carolina ETV and Public Radio (SCETV) invites families to celebrate the season at the inaugural Studio Boo Fall Festival, taking place on Oct. 30 from 5 to 7 p.m. at SCETV’s Columbia studio, located at 1041 George Rogers Blvd.
This marks the first year SCETV has hosted the event, which is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable Halloween experience for children and families.
The SCETV hallways and studios will transform into a fun, festive environment with themed candy stops and engaging activities. Stops throughout the building will offer visitors the chance to grab a treat and get a behind-the-scenes peek at SCETV’s studios as they make their way through the indoor trick-or-treat path. Candy, fruit and a nut-free treat option will be available.
In the main studio, episodes of popular SCETV and PBS KIDS programs will play on the big screen, while the Education team will host hands-on activities for children, designed to spark creativity and curiosity.
A designated Quiet Zone will also be available for children and families who need a short break from excitement, offering a calm, comfortable space to rest and recharge.

- Smart Cat photo opportunities
- Educational activities
- Creative crafts
- SCETV and PBS KIDS Halloween content
Attendees are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite family-friendly costumes and enjoy an evening of not-so-scary fall fun, creativity and learning.
