Collins & Lacy, P.C. welcomes Emily B. Peebles to trucking and construction practice groups

Collins & Lacy, P.C. welcomed attorney Emily Peebles to its trucking and construction practice groups.

Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law.

While traveling the world as a military spouse, Emily served at the U.S. Embassies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Amman, Jordan. Her positions included roles as Security Assistant and Foreign Professional Associate. In recognition of her work, the United States Department of State presented her with the Meritorious Honor Award.

“Emily has a sharp legal mind and makes a great addition to the Collins & Lacy team,” said Claude Prevost, a voting shareholder at Collins & Lacy. “Prior to her State Department service, Emily held positions at U.S. law firms including a firm that handled insurance defense matters.
