The Charleston Metro Chamber welcomes Nicole Hodges as Member Experience Coordinator

The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce announced that Nicole Hodges has joined the organization as Member Experience Coordinator. In this role, Hodges will oversee daily member interactions, both in-person and online, while supporting cross-departmental efforts to enhance engagement and deliver a seamless Chamber experience.
Before joining the Chamber, Hodges served as Golf Tournament Director at Sun City Hilton Head, where she coordinated weekly and annual tournaments, managed operations and collaborated with associations to deliver high-quality member experiences. Her time with Troon in Sun City also provided her with hands-on experience in leadership, event planning and operations — skills that directly support her role in advancing the Chamber’s member experience strategy.

A native of Martinsville, Virginia, Hodges earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Radford University. Her background in operations and data-driven thinking, combined with a people-first approach, positions her well to ensure members experience the highest level of service and connection when engaging with the Chamber.
Now calling downtown Charleston home, Hodges looks forward to contributing to the Chamber’s mission and witnessing firsthand the impact of its programs on members and the community.
