Mashburn Construction adds ten new hires across the state

Mashburn Construction announced the addition of ten new employees throughout their four offices.

Jonah Maro has been hired as a Project Engineer in the Myrtle Beach office. He earned his A.S. in Construction Management from Horry-Georgetown Technical College and began his career at Mashburn as an intern in 2024.

Hayes Leatherman joins as a Project Engineer based in the Charleston office. He recently graduated from Wofford College with a B.S. in Environmental Studies. In his role, Hayes will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating daily activities between subcontractors, suppliers, and the owner.

Summer Holmes has been hired as a Preconstruction Coordinator in the Columbia office. She will provide administrative and coordination support to the preconstruction team, ensuring smooth communication and deliverable tracking during the planning and estimating phases of construction projects.

Evan Keith joins as a Plumbing Estimator & Field Technician, working both in the field and at the Columbia office. He brings six years of industry experience.

Leo Mateu joins as a Project Manager serving our Upstate office. He brings five years of experience in the industry and a B.S. in Business Management from Clemson University.

Zach Crooks has been hired as Controller at the corporate Columbia office. Zach earned his MBA in Finance from the College of Charleston and brings seven years of experience to the accounting department.

Austin Spraker joins as a Project Manager in the Charleston office. He earned his B.A. in Biology from the College of Charleston and brings seven years of industry experience.

Elder Arriola joins as a Field Engineer serving our Myrtle Beach office. He brings over six years of experience in the industry.

Clayton Burrous joins our Business Development team in the Myrtle Beach office. Clayton received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a double major in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina.

Sean McFadden has been hired as Superintendent in the Myrtle Beach office. He has over thirty-five years of experience in commercial construction.
