Haley Rhoton Joins the GADC to Lead Industry Engagement & Business Support Across Greenville County

The Greenville Area Development Corporation (GADC) announced the appointment of Haley Rhoton as Industry Engagement Manager. In this pivotal role, Rhoton will spearhead the GADC’s Industry Engage program, supporting established businesses across Greenville County by building strong relationships, connecting them with key resources, and serving as an advocate within the broader business ecosystem.

“Haley brings a wealth of experience in building trusted relationships with business leaders and helping organizations thrive,” said Marshall Franklin, Chair of the GADC Board of Directors. “Her proven track record in workforce development, problem-solving, and connecting companies with resources will be instrumental as we continue to support Greenville County’s vibrant business community.”

As Industry Engagement Manager, Rhoton will conduct regular outreach with local companies to understand their needs and challenges, assist with navigating available programs and incentives, and serve as a liaison to government agencies and community partners. She will also lead data collection efforts to identify business trends, organize workshops and networking events, and collaborate with GADC project managers on initiatives that foster business retention, growth, and expansion.

Rhoton brings more than 16 years of experience in recruitment, workforce development, and strategic relationship management. A graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Rhoton also holds AIRS certifications in talent acquisition, underscoring her expertise in workforce solutions and engagement strategies.
