Coldwell Banker Caine announced the promotion of Sarah Couch to Sales Associate serving its Greenville and Spartanburg offices. A lifelong Greenville resident and valued member of the Caine team, Couch brings deep local roots, active community involvement, and a strong foundation in real estate marketing and events to her work with buyers and sellers across the Upstate.
Couch joined Coldwell Banker Caine in 2022 as a Marketing Assistant before advancing to Events and Marketing Coordinator, where she planned client and community events and supported strategic marketing initiatives. Earlier this year, she transitioned into a Licensed Real Estate Associate role, pairing her behind-the-scenes expertise with her passion for guiding clients through the buying and selling journey.
With a professional background focused on creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional service, Couch is known for her ability to connect with people and tailor her approach to each client’s needs. She combines an eye for strategic marketing with a genuine desire to serve others, making the buying and selling process engaging, personal, and purposeful from start to finish.

She serves on the Prisma Health Event Council, the Clemson Women’s Alumni Council, and as Head Coach with Carolina One Volleyball. She is also Vice President of The Greenville Ladies Club, a community built to bring local women together through monthly events. These roles allow her to support causes she cares about, build lasting relationships, and give back to the community she’s proud to call home.
