A Very Clinton Christmas Kicks Off This Thursday in Downtown Clinton

The holiday season is about to shine a little brighter in Downtown Clinton as A Very Clinton Christmasofficially kicks off this Thursday, bringing four days of festive celebrations, family fun, and small-town charm to the heart of the city.
Hosted by the City of Clinton and Main Street Clinton, the annual holiday weekend runs December 4–7 and features some of the community’s most anticipated traditions, including the Christmas Tree Lighting, Mingle Jingle, the Christmas Parade, and the Christmas at PC Concert.
“This weekend really brings out the best of Clinton,” said City Manager Joey Meadors. “From gathering at The Depot for the tree lighting to shopping downtown and enjoying the parade, A Very Clinton Christmas showcases the community spirit that makes our city so special. We look forward to welcoming families for a memorable start to the holiday season.”
Thursday, December 4
Christmas Tree Lighting
6:00–7:30 PM | The Depot
The celebration begins Thursday evening as residents and visitors gather for the official lighting of the community Christmas tree. Seasonal music, holiday lights, and festive fellowship will set the tone for the weekend.
Friday, December 5
Mingle Jingle
4:00–8:00 PM | Downtown Clinton
Downtown shops will extend hours and offer specials as Mingle Jingle returns for an evening of holiday shopping. Carriage rides add an extra touch of Christmas magic for families and visitors.
Saturday, December 6
Christmas Parade
10:00 AM
Clinton’s annual Christmas Parade will fill the streets with floats, performances, and plenty of holiday cheer.
Mingle Jingle Continues
11:00 AM–8:00 PM | Downtown Clinton
Local businesses will keep the celebration going throughout the day with festive shopping, treats, and activities.
Sunday, December 7
Christmas at PC Concert
3:00 PM | Belk Auditorium, Presbyterian College
The weekend closes with the traditional Christmas at PC Concert—an uplifting musical performance that has become a beloved part of Clinton’s holiday season.
