Graham Fraley joins Colliers | South Carolina as Brokerage Associate in Charleston

Colliers | South Carolina announced the addition of Graham Fraley as a Brokerage Associate in its Charleston office. Fraley will specialize in land and investment property sales, partnering with Markus Kastenholz and Remington Beatty. His role will include client engagement while providing clear, data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.

Fraley graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Architecture in Urban and Environmental Planning. He began his career at Tiber Capital Group, contributing to more than 12,000 home acquisitions and $2 billion in portfolio sales. He also worked with Lee & Associates in Los Angeles before joining Colliers, where he was responsible for $2.5 million in brokerage volume within a seven-month period.
