The Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach serves to assist with all functions of the USC Upstate Women’s Soccer program.
• Instructs student athletes in performance in the sport of soccer. Assists the varsity team with conducting practice drills, exercises, and scrimmages. Assists with coaching during competition.
• Assists the Head Coach with the varsity program’s recruiting efforts.
• Coordinates team travel arrangements (transportation, hotels, food expenses, etc.). Adhere to department, University, and state policies and procedures as related to travel.
• Assist with monitoring budget related to travel and equipment expenditures.
• Assists with other duties as assigned by the Head Women’s Soccer Coach.

Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of playing and/or coaching experience. A good driving record, valid driver’s license and successful background check are required.
