Dawn Dowden promoted to President of Homes of Hope

Homes of Hope, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing and workforce development opportunities for men overcoming addiction, announced that the Board of Directors and CEO Don Oglesby have promoted Dawn Dowden to President of Homes of Hope.

Dawn Dowden has served as Chief Operating Officer at Homes of Hope and has been with the organization for 18 years. Rising through the ranks, Dawn has demonstrated a leadership style rooted in collaboration, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to serving the community. Her experience and insight into Homes of Hope’s programs have made her a driving force in advancing the organization’s mission to create homes, transform lives, and strengthen communities.

In her new role, Dawn will continue to guide Homes of Hope in providing affordable housing solutions, expanding the Men’s Workforce Development program, and ensuring lasting impact for the families and individuals the organization serves.
