Heritage launches landscaping giveaway to support local nonprofits in Charleston, Columbia, and Greenville

Three Nonprofits to Receive a Full Year of Professional Landscaping Services
Heritage, a leading provider of commercial landscape solutions for South Carolina businesses, announced today the launch of a new giveaway campaign in honor of the company’s 40th anniversary that will award one full year of free professional landscaping services to local nonprofits in the Charleston, Greenville and Columbia markets.
The campaign, launching today on January 9, invites community members to nominate deserving nonprofits through Heritage’s social media channels. Selected organizations will receive a year of landscaping services at no cost, reinforcing Heritage’s long-standing commitment to giving back to the communities it serves.
“This campaign is about putting our values into action,” said Ashley McLeod, President of Heritage. “Nonprofits do incredible work across South Carolina, often with limited resources. We’re proud to support organizations by helping maintain and beautify their outdoor spaces so they can stay focused on their mission.”
The giveaway coincides with a major milestone for Heritage as the company celebrates 40 years of service in 2026 and builds on its recent strategic growth across South Carolina. Heritage expanded outside of the Midlands into the Upstate and Lowcountry several years ago to better serve its statewide client base and expand access to its full suite of commercial landscape services.
To participate, local residents can nominate a nonprofit by tagging the organization in the comments of Heritage’s social media giveaway post and sharing why it deserves to be selected. Heritage will narrow submissions to finalists in each market, followed by a community voting phase to determine the winners.
Winning nonprofits will receive a full year of professional landscape services, including ongoing maintenance and care provided by Heritage’s experienced teams.
The giveaway will run through January 31, with winners announced in February. Additional details, including eligibility and participation guidelines, will be available on the Heritage Landcare website.
