Kamber Parker Bowden, CEO and founder, Generational Performance Solutions

Kamber Parker Bowden is the CEO and founder of Generational Performance Solutions (GPS, formerly YoPro Know) and a Furman University alumna with deep expertise in labor and workforce dynamics. With more than 50,000 hours of research on generational trends, Kamber has helped over 20,500 professionals at more than 2,500 companies—ranging from startups to Fortune 100 organizations—reduce turnover, improve communication, and increase employee retention. Her work is especially relevant to today’s evolving workforce, from recent college graduates and job seekers to executives and front-line managers navigating increasingly multigenerational teams.

In September 2025, Kamber released her debut book, The Generational Advantage: How to Lead, Communicate, and Drive Performance Across Generations, which distills her research into practical tools, worksheets, and guides leaders can use immediately. The launch coincides with the rebrand of her firm to GPS, reflecting a broader focus on leveraging generational data across all working ages. As South Carolina’s economy continues to grow—manufacturing alone has expanded more than 17% in the past decade—Kamber addresses one of employers’ most pressing questions: how to effectively manage and motivate four generations working together for the first time in history.
