Laurens County Community Theatre to Bring Finding Nemo Jr. to the Stage

The Laurens County Community Theatre (LCCT) will dive into a family-friendly adventure with its upcoming production of Finding Nemo Jr., opening Friday, January 30, with a 7:30 p.m. curtain. Performances will be held at the Clinton High School auditorium.
Additional evening shows are scheduled for Saturday, January 31, and Thursday and Friday, February 5 and 6, all beginning at 7:30 p.m. Matinee performances will take place on Sunday, February 1, and Saturday, February 7, at 3:00 p.m.
Based on the beloved Disney-Pixar film, Finding Nemo Jr. follows the journey of a young clownfish who sets out across the ocean after being captured by divers, while his cautious father and a forgetful but kind-hearted friend search tirelessly to bring him home. The musical features upbeat songs, colorful characters, and a message centered on family, friendship, and perseverance.
The cast includes Lilly Temples as Nemo, Harper Nelson as Marlin, and Emma Dula as Dory. Kate Howard appears as Coral and Peach, while Sophia Braun takes on the roles of Sheldon and a Seagull. Miriam Buice portrays Sheldon’s Parent and Anchor, and Dylan English plays Bruce and Gill.
