Chris Shelnut joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Coldwell Banker Caine welcomed Chris Shelnut as a real estate agent in its Greenville office. With more than 10 years of real estate experience and 20 years in hospitality and private clubs, Shelnut brings a client-first approach focused on clear communication, attention to detail, and lasting relationships.
A longtime Upstate resident, Shelnut grew up in Spartanburg on Lake Bowen and attended Clemson University. He began his real estate career at The Cliffs Communities on Lake Keowee, working with buyers and sellers in one of the Upstate’s most sought-after lifestyle markets. Shelnut was recognized as a Top Sales Agent at The Cliffs in 2017 and 2023.
Before entering real estate, Shelnut held leadership roles in hospitality and private clubs as a Head Golf Professional, General Manager, and Director of Sales and Marketing. In those positions, he built a foundation in client experience, responsiveness, and relationship-building—strengths he now brings to every real estate transaction.
