Avila relocated to Greenville in 2017 and quickly found a community that felt grounded, connected, and full of opportunity—a perspective she now brings to clients navigating major transitions. Having lived across the region—from Lake Keowee and the Clemson area to Greenville—she offers firsthand insight into the Upstate’s many communities and a clear understanding that a move is often as much about timing and fit as it is about the home itself.

Before transitioning into real estate, Avila’s career spanned golf course architecture and more than 20 years in IT sales, consulting, and strategic leadership. She earned her degree in landscape architecture from Texas A&M University and later held senior roles with organizations including AT&T and Presence Health.
