Friends of the Georgetown Library still recruiting vendors its March 14 community yard

February 15, 2026

It’s one month until the Friends of the Georgetown Library‘s annual Spring Community Yard Sale on Saturday, March 14th, from 8:00 am to noon in the Judicial Center (New County Courthouse) parking lot on the corner of Dozier Street and Highway 17 (Church Street) just behind the Georgetown Library. If the weather is bad, the rain date will be the following Saturday, March 21st, at the same time and place.

Come sell and support the Library….

For those interested in doing some spring cleaning without all the hassle of hosting your own yard sale, this is a convenient alternative that helps you sell your old stuff and benefits the local library with funds for programming for children and adults.

Vendor spaces can still be purchased from The Friends — $15 for a single space, or $20 for a double space. Set-up for the sale will begin at 6:30 am. To purchase a selling space by credit card, please go to the Friends website at myfogl.org/our-events.  Or if you wish, stop by the Georgetown Library at 405 Cleland Street to register at the front desk (cash or check only).

Come browse and buy and support the Library….

There will be no admission charge for buyers, and everyone is invited to browse and shop!  Looking for antiques, clothing, tools, books, kids’ toys, and more at the ultimate discount? For those of you looking to shop, treasures and treats are always on hand at the sale, so please mark March 14th on your calendar.
