Will Schenk named Director of Research | South Carolina at Colliers
February 18, 2026Charleston/Columbia/Greenville/Spartanburg, SC – Colliers announced the promotion of Will Schenk to Director of Research | South Carolina, recognizing his leadership in delivering data-driven insights and market intelligence across the state.
In his new role, Schenk leads Colliers’ real estate research across four South Carolina offices, collecting, analyzing and reporting on data for more than 70 quarterly, annual and specialty reports each year. His work spans major asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hotel and land property types, and supports Colliers’ leadership initiatives while aligning with national research standards.
As Director of Research, Schenk partners closely with Colliers’ team of brokerage and marketing professionals to support client presentations, corporate proposals and custom research projects. He also manages research staff, oversees data collection across markets and serves as a key resource for brokers and clients on topics such as tenant migration, development activity, zoning, land use, ownership data and demographic analysis in collaboration with Colliers’ GIS location intelligence team.

Previously a Market Analyst for Colliers, Schenk collaborated on statewide market reports and custom research products, including Colliers | South Carolina’s COVID Migration Trends Report, supporting clients with insight into market conditions, competition and strategy while also helping expand Colliers’ corporate services and advisory platform.
Schenk graduated from Clemson University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Environmental and Natural Resources. He is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Columbia and serves on the board of the Columbia Parks and Recreation Foundation.
