Blue Granite Water Company hosted customers at drop-in event at Lexington Tennis Complex

March 9, 2026

Blue Granite Water Company hosted a customer drop-in at the Lexington Tennis Complex on March 4. The first of these events this year, customer drop-ins provide an excellent opportunity for customers to engage directly with company representatives, ask questions, and address any concerns they have regarding Blue Granite water and wastewater services.

As a provider of these essential services to much of Lexington County, Blue Granite is committed to fostering meaningful connections with its customers. The event provided the perfect setting to introduce the new leadership team, led by President Craig Sorensen and Director of Operations Bruce Haas, and to discuss the ongoing commitment to improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

“We highly valued the input from our customers and believed that these drop-in events were a great way to connect with the community,” said Sorensen. “We looked forward to hearing from our customers and addressing their needs directly.”

Blue Granite will host two upcoming drop-ins: March 24 in Rock Hill and the final one on April 7 in Anderson. Customers are encouraged to attend these events to engage, ask questions, and learn more about the company’s services and initiatives, including the effort to seek approval from the South Carolina Public Service Commission to consolidate with South Carolina Water Utilities. This strategic move aims to improve operational efficiency, deliver better service to customers, and reduce administrative costs.
