Marketing Manager
March 12, 2026The Marketing Manager manages the daily marketing activities of the organization and the long-term, high-stakes marketing strategy of the High Water Initiative. This role is responsible for ensuring all brand messaging reflects the initiative’s industrial aesthetic and drives the success of the 2026 International Tour.
Responsibilities
-Initiative Ethos: Instill a “High Water” marketing-led ethos throughout every department of the business.
-Alliance Architecture: Research and report on external opportunities and analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
-Customer Diplomacy: Understand current and potential customers to make elite, customer-focused decisions and manage professional relationships.
-Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage the marketing strategy for the company in line with the High Water Initiative’s objectives.
-Campaign Coordination: Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales and outreach activities to ensure full enrollment in the 6 Majors.
-Budget Stewardship: Oversee the company’s marketing budget to ensure “Premier Condition” across all promotional efforts.
-Asset Creation: Oversee the creation and publication of all marketing material, including high-impact Reels and digital assets produced in the Door Studio.
-Lead Generation: Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results against the 2026 growth targets.
-Brand Architecture: Take overall responsibility for brand management and the corporate identity of the High Water brand.
-Multichannel Strategy: Prepare online and print marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the initiative’s mission.
-Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaign performance.
-Ensemble Collaboration: Work closely with design agencies and lead the marketing efforts for new “High Water” product and service launches.
-Internal Diplomacy: Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all company functions are aligned with marketing objectives.
Requirements & Character Standards

-Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
