Production Manager

Prime & Prim Studio of the Arts is seeking a high-stakes Production Manager to serve as the lead technical architect for the 2026 High Water Initiative. In this role, you are the bridge between creative vision and physical execution. You will oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle for our 6 Majors, ensuring that every showcase, digital asset, and tour stop meets the “Premier Condition” standard. This is a leadership position requiring elite organizational grit and a commitment to the Brookland Six Pillars of Character.

Responsibilities
-Technical Architecture: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the “Big 3” showcases—The Experience, CAP, and JamFest—ensuring all technical riders, lighting, and sound designs are tour-ready.
-Door Studio Oversight: Manage the daily operational flow of the Door Studio, scheduling professional sessions and ensuring all equipment is maintained in “Premier Condition.”
-Media Pipeline Management: Supervise the Media Production Specialists to ensure the timely delivery of high-impact Reels and digital assets that reflect the “High Water” industrial aesthetic.
-Budget & Resource Stewardship: Manage production budgets, vendor contracts, and equipment inventories with total transparency and fiscal responsibility.
-Ensemble Leadership: Direct the “High Water” crew, including apprentices in styling, lighting, and sound, fostering a culture of professional excellence and mutual respect.
-Safety & Compliance: Ensure all production environments—in-studio and on-location—adhere to strict safety protocols and character-driven professional standards.
-Tour Logistics: Architect the technical logistics for the 2026 International Arts Tour, including equipment transport, venue scouting, and on-site stage management.

Requirements & Character Standards
-The Brookland Standard: Must demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the Six Pillars of Character (Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship).
-Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Theater Technology, Film, or a related field.
-Industry Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in high-performance event or media production management.
-Technical Mastery: Proficient in project management software (Asana, Monday.com), AV technology, and budget tracking systems.
