Public information meeting on Black Tom Road extension improvements

Berkeley County will host a public drop-in information meeting for two improvement projects along Black Tom Road Extension. The meeting will be held Thursday, March 26 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Whitesville Elementary School, located at 324 Gaillard Road in Moncks Corner.
Safety improvements are being proposed at the intersections of Black Tom Road at Black Tom Road Extension and Cooper Store Road at Black Tom Road Extension. The projects will convert the existing intersections to single-lane roundabouts.
