Homes of Hope announces leadership promotion and key staff additions
March 19, 2026Homes of Hope has announced a leadership promotion and several strategic hires that strengthen the organization’s ability to expand affordable housing and provide opportunities for men overcoming addiction through its Men’s Workforce Development program.
Kelly Brown has been promoted to Director of Housing & Property Management after previously serving as Portfolio Manager. In her new role, Brown will oversee Homes of Hope’s growing housing portfolio, ensuring that residents have access to safe, stable housing while maintaining the organization’s high standards for property management.
Homes of Hope has also welcomed three new team members who will support compliance, community engagement, and fundraising efforts.
TJ Terrell has joined the organization as Compliance Manager, where he will oversee housing compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure Homes of Hope continues to meet the standards necessary to serve residents effectively.
Anastasia Cornish has been hired as Marketing & Annual Giving Manager, helping lead the organization’s marketing and donor engagement efforts to support the continued growth of Homes of Hope’s programs.
Kim Bryant joins the team as Community Engagement & Events Coordinator, a role that combines two previously part-time positions into one full-time position focused on strengthening Homes of Hope’s community events while also helping connect residents with resources that support housing stability and well-being.

These new team members position Homes of Hope to respond to the increasing demand for affordable housing and community support across South Carolina. By strengthening key areas from housing and compliance to marketing and resident engagement, the organization is better equipped to serve more families and foster lasting, positive change in the communities it serves.
