City of Laurens Invites Community to Earth Day Clean-Up at Little River Park

The City of Laurens is calling on residents to take advantage of the beautiful spring weather while making a positive impact on the community.
City employees, along with the Laurens Police Department and local community partners, will host an Earth Day Community Clean-Up on Thursday, April 23, at Little River Park. The effort is part of ongoing revitalization work at one of Laurens’ valued outdoor spaces.
Volunteers are invited to roll up their sleeves and help enhance the park while celebrating Earth Day through service and stewardship.

Community members of all ages are encouraged to participate and play a role in keeping Laurens clean, welcoming, and vibrant. Whether contributing a few hours or staying for the entire event, every helping hand makes a difference.
