Laurens District 55 High School Class of 1976 to Celebrate 50th Reunion This June
March 24, 2026The reunion will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Magnolia Room of the Laurens County Museum. Hosted by the Class of 1976 Reunion Planning Team, the evening will offer a festive setting for classmates to reflect on their shared history, catch up on life’s journeys, and enjoy time together once again.
In a message from the organizers, the excitement is clear: “We are all very excited about reuniting with our classmates on this occasion. We hope that a large number of folks will make it in for fellowship, fun, and food. Please join us for this momentous occasion.”
Tickets for the event are $75 per person. Classmates are encouraged to RSVP as soon as possible, with a requested deadline of May 20, 2026, to assist organizers in finalizing event details and securing vendors. Payment can be made via Cash App ($ldhsraiders76), Venmo (@Larry-Bailey-24), or by mailing a check payable to Larry Bailey at 3600 Newland Place, Round Rock, Texas 78681. Attire for the evening is dressy casual, setting the tone for a relaxed yet celebratory gathering.
For those traveling back to Laurens for the reunion, a variety of lodging options are available, including Airbnb and VRBO properties, as well as nearby hotels in Simpsonville and Clinton. Attendees are encouraged to explore booking platforms for the best availability and rates.
Classmates are also asked to share the invitation with others who may not have received it, helping ensure as many members of the Class of 1976 as possible can take part in this special occasion.
