International Ballet presents “Passport to Dance” – an elegant evening of performance and philanthropy
March 27, 2026International Ballet invites the community to an unforgettable evening of artistry and impact at its annual Passport to Dance benefit gala on April 10 at the Westin Poinsett. Passport to Dance is an exciting evening that supports IB’s mission to inspire joy and success through professional ballet training and performances.
The evening begins with a festive cocktail reception featuring an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, live music, and a silent auction of exclusive packages and experiences. The program includes inspiring live ballet performances showcasing the talent and artistry of International Ballet’s youth company. Throughout the evening, guests will also have the opportunity to participate in engaging and entertaining fundraising experiences that directly support IB’s scholarships programs.
“Passport to Dance is more than a gala – it’s a celebration of the transformative power of the arts,” said IB President Sarah Shoemaker. “We are proud to bring our community together for a night that not only showcases incredible talent but also helps ensure that ballet remains accessible to all in the upstate community.”
Proceeds from the event benefit International Ballet’s scholarship programs, educational initiatives, and performances that enrich the cultural landscape of the region.
