Charleston, SC-based commercial real estate developer, Twin Rivers Capital, LLC, recently completed the sale of a 4,000± SF office building located in West Ashley at Carriage Lane Office Park.
The property was part of Twin Rivers Capital’s Workspace office portfolio, which includes six executive office buildings across Charleston. Twin Rivers Capital acquired, reconfigured, and upgraded the building, bringing it to full occupancy. At the time of sale, the building remained fully occupied, reflecting strong demand for well-located executive office space in the Charleston market.
