Join the Heart of Bridgeway Station! Mercato Café is more than just a coffee shop; we are a vibrant Italian-inspired market, bakery, and café. We are looking for energetic, community-minded individuals to join our founding team. If you have a passion for great espresso, artisanal pastries, and world-class customer service, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome every guest who walks through the door.

• Maintain a deep knowledge of our menu, from our roast profiles to our seasonal market finds.

• Ensure a clean, beautiful, and organized environment that reflects our European-style market aesthetic.

• Accurately handle transactions using our POS system.

Who You Are:

• Experience: Previous experience in a café or high-end retail environment is a plus, but we are happy to train the right personality!

• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and early mornings (when the best coffee is poured).

• Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional “Service Above Self” attitude.

• Passion: You love the Mauldin community and are excited to be part of the landmark Bridgeway Station development.
