New after-hours pediatric care for working Midlands families

The South Carolina Pediatric Alliance (SCPA) announced a new initiative, The Turtle Twilight Pediatric Clinic, to make it easier and more convenient for families across the Midlands to have greater access to high-quality pediatric care.
Beginning April 13, after-hours pediatric care will be available Monday – Friday from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM; reducing the need for missed school days, work, and unnecessary urgent care or emergency room visits. The Turtle Twilight Pediatric Clinic will offer after hours care to better serve working parents and busy family schedules across the Midlands.
“This is about meeting families where they are,” stated Dr. Alicia McFarland, Chief Medical Officer of the South Carolina Pediatric Alliance. “Parents shouldn’t have to choose between their child’s health and their job or school schedules. The after-hours pediatric clinic will give families more flexibility and peace of mind.”
The after-hours initiative comes in response to growing demand from Midlands families who need more convenient access to trusted pediatric providers outside of traditional business hours. With these new hours, the South Carolina Pediatric Alliance continues its commitment to delivering accessible, high-quality pediatric healthcare for children of all ages at a time when families need it most.
