East West Partners announces “The Art of Home” spring event at The Waterfront Daniel Island

East West Partners, a premier, nationally awarded residential and commercial real estate development group with offices in Charleston, announced “The Art of Home,” a new spring event at its residential community, The Waterfront Daniel Island (301 Longshore Street #412, Charleston, SC 29492).

Taking place on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the event offers a thoughtfully curated home tour set within the community’s third collection of residences, providing an immersive look at design-driven living along the Wando River. Guests will have the opportunity to explore the collection’s soon-to-be-delivered condominium residences, townhomes, and marshfront homes, each showcasing distinctive architecture and interior design, while enjoying a curated mix of local artists, makers, and chef-driven bites at each stop in a gallery-style setting.

“‘The Art of Home’ was envisioned as a way to bring together the elements that define The Waterfront, including thoughtful design, a strong sense of place, and community connection,” said Harriette Calder, Senior Vice President of Development for East West Partners. “We’re looking forward to introducing an experience that highlights these homes and celebrates local artistry, design, and culinary creativity.”

All ticket proceeds, along with a portion of vendor sales, will directly benefit Daniel Island Historical Society, supporting the organization’s mission to preserve and promote the rich history of Daniel Island and the greater Cainhoy peninsula.

Admission is $10 per person, with children 12 and under admitted free. Each ticket includes access to the full home tour, chef-prepared tastings and drinks, and engagement with participating artists and vendors. An open-air market will also feature additional local vendors and food trucks with items available for purchase.
