Finlay Park temporary closure scheduled for April 27 for private event

Finlay Park will be temporarily closed to the public on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. to accommodate a private student engagement event hosted by the University of South Carolina from 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
The event, which includes a student movie night and campus engagement activities, will utilize designated areas within the park during this timeframe.
The park will re-open to the public at its regular operating time of 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
