Colliers leases former NOMA Warehouse to River Church

Colliers | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster and Sydney Lanham represented owner Cason Development Group in the leasing of 2222 Sumter Street to River Church. The building is a 4,500-square-foot modernized flex space and was formerly home to NOMA Warehouse.

Conveniently positioned near Bull Street, Main Street and Downtown Columbia, the Cottontown neighborhood within the NOMA District has become the hub for eclectic, locally owned businesses and a dining destination for many Columbia residents.

River Church was founded in 2019 and is pastored by Greg DeMare. The church currently gathers at 300 Senate Street but will move to its new space beginning late Spring 2026.
